Zydus Healthcare Limited is a subsidiary company of Zydus Lifesciences Limited (erstwhile - Cadila Healthcare Limited), it is headquartered in Zydus Towers, Goregaon East, Mumbai. It's parent company, Zydus Lifesciences Limited (Erstwhile - Cadila Healthcare Limited) has a rich history & lineage in the healthcare sector. The company was founded in 1952 by Mr. Ramanbhai B. Patel (late). In 1995, the group was restructured and formed Cadila Healthcare under the aegis of the Zydus Group. From a mere turnaround of Rs. 250 Crores in 1995 the group witnessed a significant financial growth & registered a turnover of over Rs. 15,000 Crores in FY 21.
The Indian business of Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. (erstwhile - Cadila Healthcare Limited) was incorporated on 2nd August 1989 & on 1st April 2016 formed Zydus Healthcare Limited, a full fledged sales & marketing organisation. Zydus Healthcare Limited is one of the prominent players in the Indian pharmaceutical formulations market with a strong foothold across multiple therapies. The company has more than 8000 employees across the country and has earned a reputation amongst the Indian pharmaceutical companies for providing innovative, comprehensive and complete healthcare solutions.

Our Manufacturing Plants
Zydus Healthcare Limited aims to continuously supply life saving medicines and solutions to improve the health of Indians. More than 1000 employees are currently a part of the manufacturing units at Zydus Healthcare Limited. The company has four manufacturing units – two located in Sikkim and another two at Daman. The plants are state-of-the-art facility production houses. The four manufacturing units contribute to about 90% of Zydus Healthcare Limited’s product portfolio. These plants manufacture tablets, capsules, solid oral doses of hormone products, ointments, metered-dose inhalers, injectables, and antibiotics.
